O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - Property located at 8385 Heiferhorn Way is proposed for
rezoning from NC (Neighborhood Commercial)/SFR2 (Single Family residential 2)
zoning district to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district.
(24-CA-09-Powell) (Council McDaniel) The proposed use is for an Animal
Hospital. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning
Department recommends conditional approval. (As amended)
(2) 2nd Reading ? An Ordinance establishing the rules for the Rails-To-Trails
pedestrian and biking trail; and for other purposes. (Councilor McDaniel) (As
amended)
(3) 2nd Reading ? An Ordinance regulating vehicular traffic in
Columbus, Georgia by weight limitations and/or length for trucks on Brown
Avenue from Cusseta Road to Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard. (Councilor
Woodson)
