Authorization is requested for the Columbus Fire and EMS Department to
add an addendum, Standards of Cover (SOC), to the strategic plan effective
December 4, 2012. This report will be utilized to assist in determining future

Scope of RFB
Provide five (5) Harley-Davidson ?Road King? Police Motorcycles to be used by
the Motor Transportation Division of the Columbus Police Department.
2. Pursuit Car Build Out (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 13-0017
Scope of RFP
The Columbus Consolidated Government (The City) requires the services
of a qualified provider to acquire and install the specified equipment into the
pursuit vehicles purchased by the City each year; and prepare them for delivery
to the City of Columbus, as a fully functional pursuit vehicle, for use by one
of the Law Enforcement Agencies of the City of Columbus.

Scope of RFP
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals, from qualified
firms, for the management of the Columbus Natatorium, to include: staffing,
water maintenance, supervision and programming; as well as, Pro-Shop and
Concession management. Operation is scheduled to begin June 2013.

Scope of RFB
Provide pressure-washing services for the Ultraply 78+ membrane roof of the
Columbus Civic Center on an ?as needed basis?. The contract term shall be for
two years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month
periods. Contract renewal will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the
City and Contractor.
