AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY ESTABLISHING
A NO PARKING ANYTIME ZONE ALONG THE EAST CURB OF BASCOM COURT BEGINNING AT THE
NORTH CURB OF BASCOM DRIVE AND RUNNING NORTH TO THE DEAD END TO INCLUDE THE
INTERIOR CURB LINE OF THE CUL-DE-SAC; AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL
TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING A NO PARKING ANYTIME ZONE; REPEALING
CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
That is shall be unlawful to park or rank any vehicle at any time along the
following street segment:
Along the east curb of Bascom Court beginning at the north curb of Bascom Drive
and running north to the dead end to include the interior curb line of the
cul-de-sac.
SECTION II.
That official traffic control signs shall be installed indicating the No
Parking Anytime Zone described here within Section I.
SECTION III.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances that are in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held on
the 11th day of September, 2012; introduced a second time at a regular meeting
of said Council held on the day of
, 2012 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of
members of Council.
