A meeting of the Board of Historic and Architectural Review was held on Monday,
November 23, 2009, at 3:30 p.m., on site at the following addresses.

I. CALL TO ORDER
Will Burgin called the meeting to order at 3:36 p.m.
II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
None.
III. REVIEW OF APPLICATIONS
TABLED CASES:
HD 0911-02? 1131 16th Avenue: Clyde L. Armour P.C., Applicant. Request
permission to build a two-bedroom apartment as an addition to the existing
structure as stated in application.
Board members met on site to discuss the application that was originally tabled
at the November 9, 2009 BHAR meeting. The applicant was represented by Sia
Etemadi. John Sheftall made a motion to approve the application with the
modifications as presented by Sia Etemadi which includes underground
electricity. Sandi Green seconded the motion. The motion was carried
unanimously.
