During the Public Agenda where Mr. Ricket Carter appeared before the Council, a
request was made to have staff provide a copy of the legal proceedings
involving Mr. Ricket Carter. (Request of Councilor Huff)

IASWORLD SYSTEM UPGRADE:
During the discussion of the IASworld System Upgrade for the Tax Assessor?s and
Tax Commissioner?s Offices, a request to have staff provide a detailed
breakdown of how the payment process would work, what funds, how much and when
payments are due. A detailed breakdown of exactly how the funding would play
out. (Request of Councilor Baker)
