Subject: Stormwater Update, 2nd Letter, Forms and Reporting Instructions
Good Afternoon Isaiah,
We have been getting a lot of calls from Detention Pond Owners about the 2nd
letter, that was promised in the 1st letter that went out in November of 2015,
concerning the inspection, maintenance and reporting requirements under the
Ordinance Revision from October 2015. I have the second letter, instruction
form and inspection forms ready to go and would like permission to send these
out.
I realize that you wanted me to provide Council with an Update prior to sending
these out but unfortunately I am in a time-crunch with my NPDES permit year
coming to a close in just a couple of weeks (March 31st). This inspection and
reporting program is part of CCG's Green Infrastructure/Low Impact Development
Plan that I must submit details of to EPD by April 1 and I would like to
include these letters and forms to support our implementation of this Plan.
