AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance redesignating the Department of Public Services as
the Department of Public Works; and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
The Department of Public Works is hereby redesignated as the Department of
Public Works and shall include all divisions of said department.
SECTION 2.
Ordinance 83-96 and all other ordinances in conflict with this this
ordinance are hereby repealed.
