I. GOLDEN PARK LEASE OWNERSHIP AND TRANSFER:
Authorization is requested to enter into a lease agreement with Columbus
Baseball Foundation, Inc., to operate a college league summer baseball program
for the period of February 10, 2009 through August 31, 2010 with an option to

Authorization is requested for the investment of Columbus Consolidated
Government funds in the local government investment pool known as "Georgia Fund

III. U.S. CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND
SECURITY SYSTEMATIC ALIEN VERIFICATION FOR ENTITLEMENTS (SAVE) PROGRAM:
Authorization is requested for the implementation of the U.S. Citizenship
/Immigration Services Department of Homeland Security Systematic Alien
Verification for Entitlement (SAVE) Program that would allow our government to
verify the citizenship and immigration status information of applicants
requesting permission/license to operate a regulated business and those seeking

Authorization is requested to submit an application and if approved accept
funds from the Judicial Council of Georgia Standing Committee on Accountability

Scope of RFB
Contract with a vendor to provide portable food and beverages for Metra?s
customer at the Transfer Station. The term of this contract period shall be
for one year, with the option to renew for two (2) additional twelve-month
periods. Contract renewal will be contingent upon the mutual agreement of the
City and the Contractor.

to this Project) ? Streetscape Enhancement Program ? RFP No. 09-0015
Scope of RFP
Columbus Consolidated Government (the City), on behalf of Midtown Columbus,
Inc., has received a Transportation Enhancement grant from the state of
Georgia. Phase I (and any additional phases related to this project) will
provide streetscape improvements along a section of Wynnton Road (SR-22). The
project is anticipated to begin at the intersection with Hilton Avenue and
proceed approximately 2,300 feet west to the Peacock Street intersection.
