We have completed the distribution of the flood claims grant. A total of
$287,968.99 was paid out. We had 3 properties with claims totaling $10,390.43
that did not respond to our many attempts to reach them and one claimant
declined grant as follows:
1. 5326 Spencer Lane (Tenant made the initial flood complaint - tenant did not
have a claim and homeowner has not filed a claim and several letters and phone
calls made). CLOSED
2. 823 8th Avenue - several letters mailed - no response. CLOSED
3. 827 8th Avenue - several letters mailed-no response. CLOSED
4. 170 Collins Drive - owner decided not to pursue grant - $1,012.50
Attached is a complete final report of the Flood Claims Grant. Please let me
