I. SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT - KEMIRA CHEMICALS, INC.:



Authorization is requested to enter into an agreement with the

Development Authority and Kemira Chemicals, Inc., to convey a 20 ft. wide and

196.88 ft. long sanitary sewer easement across Canal Street and other adjoining

properties along Bull Creek as part of the Columbus East Industrial Park for

maintenance of existing sanitary sewer facilities. An agenda report, maps and

II. SUPPORT OF CONTINUUM OF CARE:



Authorization is requested of a resolution in support of the City

participating in the establishment of a local Continuum of Care in accordance

with the Homeless Assistance and Rapid Transition to Housing (HEARTH) Continuum

of Care Program adopted in 24 CRF Part 578. An agenda report and resolution

III. ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION - MACY'S "HEART YOUR PARK":



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a donation in the

amount of $250.00 from Macy?s ?Heart Your Park? to be used for Cooper Creek

IV. ACCEPTANCE OF DONATION - TWO EXERCISE BIKES AT THE GALLOPS SENIOR CENTER:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of one Sunny Health and

Fitness Indoor Cycling Bike and one Sunny Health and Fitness Magnetic Recumbent

Bike that will be purchased and donated by members of Gallops Seniors Center.

Scope of RFB

The Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is offering confiscated

firearms for sale to the highest bidder.



2. Traffic Sign Materials (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 14-0038

Scope of RFB

Provide traffic sign materials to the Traffic Engineering Division on an ?as

needed basis?. The contract period will be for two (2) years with the option

to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods.

1. Service Contract for Various Types of Transmissions for Public Works

Department ? Fleet Maintenance Shop (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 14-0032

Scope of RFB

Provide repair/rebuild services for various types of transmissions for Public

Works Department ? Fleet Maintenance Shop on an ?as needed? basis. The

contract period will be for three years with the option to renew for two

additional twelve-month periods.



2. Pest Control Services (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 14-0043

Scope of RFB

Provide pest control services for one-hundred (100) City owned

buildings. Contract requirements include the control of pests including:

mites, ticks, spiders, rodent, roaches, ants, reptiles, bats, fleas and etc.

The contract period will be for two (2) years with the option to renew for

three (3) additional twelve-month periods, if agreeable to both parties.

1. Bus Advertising (Annual Contract) ? RFP No 14-0022

Scope of RFP

Provide proposal for bus advertising to be placed on the exterior

and/or interior of Department of Transportation/METRA buses. Contract period

shall be for two years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional

twelve-month periods.
