Addie Cunningham.
I read an article in the paper about the boxing about canceling, how many
tickets were sold? Lisa- less than 0ne hundred, they have been on sale since
April.
Why can?t we get Disney in the wintertime? Dale- It is all about when we fit in
on there routing schedule.
Finance: Jennifer
In the April finance report you will see we will end with a deficit. Dale- we
are up in revenue as far as concerts, we have to net one million dollars to
meet our daily expenses. The majority of that is the electricity. To have a
show cancel really hurts but there is nothing we can do about it if tickets
don?t sell. Addie-when a show cancels do you loose money? Dale- no it doesn?t,
everything is paid and in the bank before a show goes on.
Marketing: Robin
Review of upcoming event sheet. These are things that are on sale now or will
be on sale in the next few days.
I gave everyone a copy of the press release that we sent out this week.
Working on the World Vision Tour as well as the Greater Columbus Fair. We are
excited about having Dixieland Carnival out of Phenix City this year.
Mildred- is there any way you can get your promoters to bring in the shows that
are being canceled in Nashville since the flood? Dale- I will check into it.

Regional Manager coming in on Monday with a chief.
Director: Dale Hester
We continue to work hard. We have quite a bit booked and will continue to book.
I leave the 31st to the Ice Skating Institute Conference. This will help us
with resources on how the programs work and how to get Ice Skating competitions
in.

Karate Championships. We booked SEC.
