I. FY15 PUBLIC SAFETY RESERVE REQUEST - POLICE DEPARTMENT:
Authorization is requested to transfer $1,349,104 of the FY15 Public
Safety Vacancy Reserve for the Police Department to the Police Department?s
General Fund Budget to fill 17 of the 37 vacant positions and utilize the
remaining balance for capital and equipment. An agenda report and resolution
are attached.
II. STREET ACCEPTANCE - ATLANTIC IVY COURT AND THAT PORTION OF NORTH IVY PARK
LOCATED IN SECTION THREE, PHASE ONE, NORTH IVY PARK:
Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to Atlantic Ivy
Court and that portion of North Ivy Park Drive located in Section Three, Phase
One, North Ivy Park. The Engineering Department has inspected said street and
recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are attached.

III. DONATION OF SEATS FOR RECORDER'S COURT:
Approval is requested to accept the following donated seats and
accessories to be used in Recorder's Court: 110 black seats, chair backs, legs,
armrests and anchor bolts to mount to concrete floors. The donor will also
provide instruction on the assembly and installation of the seats. An agenda
report and resolution are attached.

(Annual Contract) - RFP No. 15-0029
Scope of RFP
It is the intent of Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) to enter into
an annual contract with qualified offeror(s) to provide Consulting and
Insurance Broker Services (the Broker) to represent the City in various
insurance markets.
The contract term will be for one year with the City?s option to renew for four
(4) additional twelve-month periods.
