I. LEASE AGREEMENT - 6250 WARM SPRINGS ROAD:
Approval is requested to enter into a lease agreement with The Timothy
Group to lease the building at 6250 Warm Springs Road for $1 per year for five
(5) years. The building is currently vacant and the City has no current or
future use for it. The tenant will be responsible for maintenance of the
building, utilities, and must maintain hazard and liability insurance.
II. PURCHASES:

A. Management Services for Juvenile Justice Incentive Grant (Annual Contract)
B. Work Uniforms
C. Roofing Consultant Services (Annual Contract)

Scope of RFP
Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals for a professional
engineering firm to provide plans and drawings to construct the new Infantry
Road and the extension of the Follow Me Trail (South Lumpkin Trail). Proposing
firms shall be approved vendors of Georgia Department of Transportation.
