AN ORDINANCE

An ordinance to amend Section 20-13.11 to create an additional parking
management district; and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Columbus Code Section 20-13.11 is hereby amending by adding a new
paragraph (b)(4) which reads as follows:
?(4) City Services Center Garage Parking District: To regulate public and
reserved parking in the City Services Center Garage and along Citizens Way
which provides ingress and egress to the garage.?
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed.
