Dear Madam Mayor,
My name is Julian Fagan, I am a 13 year employee of the city. In my time here I
have seen a lot of changes. Of these the best has to be the Health and Wellness
center.I have not experienced better service with any office of any doctor. I
want to thank you and council for this.
