WHEREAS, Mr. Andrew L. Thomas, Jr., Battalion Chief with the Columbus FIRE/EMS,
retired on May 1, 2010;
WHEREAS, Mr. Thomas has been with the Columbus FIRE/EMS since April 1, 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
service of
MR. ANDREW L. THOMAS, JR.
who has served with the Columbus FIRE/EMS for 40 years. We wish him happiness
and contentment in his retirement.

Water Works, retired on May 1, 2010;
WHEREAS, Mr. Beddard has been with the Columbus Water Works since November 7,
1994.
NOW, THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
This Council hereby expresses its appreciation for the diligent and faithful
