An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 4335 Armour Road from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning
District to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the
same is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property of the following
described property from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning District to
NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District:
Part of Lot 18, Block "F", Rosemont Heights, Lying in Land Lot 48, 8th
District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia commencing at a point located on
the westerly right-of-way line of Armour Road, said point being formed by the
mitered intersection of the northerly right-of-way line of Chevin lane with the
westerly right-of-way line of Armour Road, and run thence along the westerly
right-of-way line of Armour Road a distance of 362.30 feet to a point; thence
run south 82 degrees 51 minutes 12 seconds east a distance of 1.0 feet to an
iron pin at the point of beginning; from said point of beginning run thence
along the westerly right-of-way of Armour Road along a curve to the left having
a radius of 674.20 feet; an arc distance of 78.27 feet to a nail on the
westerly right-of-way line of Amour Road; thence run north 88 degrees 16
minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 132.61 feet to an iron pin; thence run
south 00 degrees 0l minutes 46 seconds west a distance of 66.00 feet to an iron
pin; thence south 82 degrees 51 minutes 12 seconds east a distance of 129.35
feet to the iron pin at the point of beginning.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia
held on the 9th day of October, 2012; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of __ , 2012 and
adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said
Council.
