I. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING - MUSCOGEE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT - LANDSWAP:



Authorization is requested to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with

the Muscogee County School District for the conveyance of Firestone property,

3120 Macon Road, and two (2) parcels of property adjacent to the Mildred Terry

Library located at 616 and 628 Veterans Parkway to the Muscogee County School

District in exchange for 3.5 acres located with the parcel of land currently

containing the old Sears Building on Macon Road, in addition to the 2.5 acres

to be allocated for the City Service Center for a total of 6 acres to be used

for a City Service Center and Olympic swimming pool/natatorium.. A fact sheet,

resolution, MOU and maps are attached.





II. DEBT COLLECTIONS AGREEMENT:



Authorization is requested to enter into an agreement with PRA Government

Services, LLC dba Revenue Recovery Systems as a part of an aged receivables

management program offered through the Georgia Municipal Association, Inc. for

the collection of aged receivables. An agenda report and resolution are

attached. (Delayed from March 13, 2007 Council Meeting.)





III. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH THE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF COLUMBUS FOR

CHATTSWORTH COURT:



Authorization is requested to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the

Development Authority of Columbus for the construction of a new road to be

named Chattsworth Court and for allocating grant funds from the Georgia

Department of Transportation not to exceed $200,000 for this project. An

agenda report, MOU and resolution are attached.





IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE ? WOODVILLE DRIVE AND WOODVILLE COURT:



Authorization is requested for the acceptance of Woodville Drive and that

portion of Woodville Court located in the first addition to Whitesville Walk.

The Department of Engineering has inspected these streets and recommends the

acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are attached.

1. Design/Builder for the Columbus Skate Park ? RFP No. 07-0009

Scope of RFP

The Columbus Consolidated Government (hereafter known as Owner) is soliciting

competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms experienced in designing and

constructing (Design/Build) skate park facilities (hereafter known as

Facility). The Facility will be developed and consistent as closely as possible

with the RFP?s narrative and conceptual drawings. The Owner has allocated a

project budget range of $500,000.00 to $700,000.00. The Owner will consider

proposals only from vendors that specialize in designing and building concrete

in-ground skate parks.

Provide repair/rebuild services for various types of transmissions for METRA

Scope of RFP

Provide Columbus Consolidated Government video recording and broadcasting

services on an ?as needed basis? for Council Meetings and other events. The

contract term shall be for two years with the option to renew for three (3)

additional twelve-month periods. Contract renewal will be contingent upon the

mutual agreement of the City and the Contractor.
