I. LEASE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH MOTOROLA FOR 800 MHZ RADIO SYSTEM:
Authorization is requested for the City Manager to enter into a 10 year
Lease/Purchase Agreement with Motorola Solutions, Inc., for critical upgrades
to the City's 800 MHz radio system and maintenance of the system during the
term of the agreement. An agenda report and resolution are attached.
II. RIGHT-OF-WAY ENCROACHMENT FOR COLUMBUS STATE UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF
EDUCATION AND HEALTH PROFESSIONS:
Authorization is requested of a right-of-way encroachment for a new
Columbus State University (CSU) academic building at 1127 Broadway. The
encroachment will allow a portion of the building?s subsurface footings to
extend into the rights-of-way of Broadway and 12th Street. The encroachment
will also allow an attached overhead canopy to extend into the same
rights-of-way. An agenda report and resolution are attached.
III. QUIT CLAIM OF PROPERTY TO MUSCOGEE COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT:
Authorization is requested to ratify the Mayor's execution, recording
and delivery of a Quitclaim Deed for approximately 8.41 acre tract
(013-022-007) to the Muscogee County School District for purpose of clearing
title to the property. An agenda report and resolution are attached.
IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE - THAT PORTION OF MAGAZINE LAND AND THAT PORTION OF
LEXINGTON LAKE DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION NINE, LEXINGTON HILLS:
Authorization is requested for the acceptance of a deed to that portion
of Magazine Lane and that portion of Lexington Lake Drive located in Section
Nine, Lexington Hills. An agenda report and resolution are attached.

V. ACCOUNTABILITY COURT GRANT - JUVENILE DRUG COURT:
Authorization is requested to submit a grant application and if
approved, accept funds from the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for
operation of the Muscogee County Juvenile Drug Court and amend the
Multi-Governmental Fund by the amount of the grant award. The grant period is
from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016. An agenda report and resolution are
attached.

Scope of RFP
Provide proposal for parking fee collection services at the River Center
Parking Garage on an ?as needed basis? for Department of Transportation/METRA,
and the Columbus Civic Center at selected events as determined by the Civic
Center Director. Contract term shall be for one year with the option to renew
for four (4) additional twelve-month periods.
2. Consulting Services for Employee Benefit Plan (Annual Contract) ?

Scope of RFP
Columbus Consolidated Government is evaluating the option of selecting a
benefits management firm to strategically plan, broker, implement, and support
our employee benefits programs. Contract term shall be for one year with the
option to renew for four (4) additional twelve-month periods.

1. South Lumpkin Multi-use Trail ? RFB No. 15-0025
Scope of RFB
Construct a multi-use trail beginning on Matheson Road and ending at Cusseta
Road. The gross length of the project is 2.090 miles. The project shall be
constructed as per Georgia Department of Transportation Standard
Specifications, 2013 Edition, as approved by the Federal Highway Administration
and as modified by contract documents.

1. Aquatic Facility Management of the Columbus Aquatic Center (Annual Contract)

Scope of RFP
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals, from qualified
firms, for the management of the Columbus Aquatic Center, to include:
staffing, water maintenance, supervision and programming; as well as, Pro-Shop
and Concession management. The term of the contract will be one (1) year with
the option to renew for nine (9) additional twelve-month periods.
