I. 2018 SERVICE DELIVERY STRATEGY RENEWAL:



Approval is requested to submit the update of the Service Delivery Strategy for

the Columbus Consolidated Government to the Georgia Department of Community

Affairs. The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) requires that a

plan of cooperation for certain services between municipalities and the county

government, be developed for every county. This is done to insure that there

is no overlapping or duplication of services between these governments. A

Service Delivery Strategy was completed in 1998 and 2008 and requires the

update of certain strategies.





II. ANONYMOUS ADDITIONAL DONATION FOR COOPER CREEK PICKLEBALL COURTS:



Approval is requested to accept a donation given by an anonymous donor

for Cooper Creek Tennis Center. A citizen has requested to donate an

additional $60,000.00 to Cooper Creek Tennis Center to be used for the addition

of the Pickleball Courts to the facility. This additional money will be used

to move the current hitting wall, aid in the building of the Pickleball courts

and any other use the Parks and Recreation staff deem as needed. The donor

has requested that there is no public attention to their name so they will

remain anonymous at this time.





III. GEORGIA TRAUMA COMMISSION - GEORGIA TRAUMA CARE NETWORK COMMISSION GRANT:



Approval is requested to apply for and accept a grant in the amount of

$8,644.33, or as otherwise awarded, from the Georgia Trauma Commission ?

Georgia Trauma Care Network Commission, with no local match required and amend

the Multi-Government Fund by the award amount. Funds have been allocated to

the Georgia Trauma Commission for the purchase of trauma equipment.







IV. CELLPHONE TOWER LEASE RENEWAL - GOLDEN PARK - 100 4TH STREET:



Approval is requested to extend the lease agreement with SBA Towers VI,

LLC for the tower site located at 100 4th Street (Golden Park), in Columbus,

Muscogee County, Georgia. SBA Towers currently has a lease agreement with the

City for a cell tower located at 100 4th Street (Golden Park). The current term

pays $6,900 per year to the City with the renewal period ending on May 31,

2019. They have requested to exercise their option to renew for an additional

five-years through May 31, 2024 for an annual payment of $7,935 per year. The

final renewal period for this tower will expire on May 31, 2029.

1. Work Uniforms (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 19-0006

Scope of Bid

Provide work uniforms for Columbus Consolidated Government Departments, to

include but not limited to the following: METRA Transit, Public Works,

Engineering and Civic Center on an ?as needed? basis. The term of the contract

shall be for two (2) years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional

twelve-month periods.

1. Constituent Relationship Management (311) System ? RFP No. 19-0009

Scope of RFP

Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) invites qualified vendors to submit

proposals to provide and support a Constituent Relationship Management (CRM)

System.



The City also requires an optional Asset Management System (AMS). The proposed

AMS shall be a component of the CRM or shall be compatible with standard AMS

software. Preference will be given to vendors capable of providing both a CRM

and AMS that are compatible.

Scope of Bid

Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is seeking bids from qualified

vendors to provide one (1) inmate cargo van.

Scope of Bid

Columbus Consolidated Government (the City) is seeking bids from qualified

vendors to provide one (1) animal control truck.
