An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 6923 and 6931 Forrest Road from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3)
Zoning District to SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the same is
hereby amended by changing the aforementioned property of the following
described property from SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) Zoning District to
SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4) Zoning District:
All those lots, tracts, or parcels of land situate, lying and being in Part of
Land Lot 56, 9th District, the State of Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of
Columbus, and being known and described as ALL OF LOTS NUMBERED ONE HUNDRED ONE
(101) and ONE HUNDRED TWO (102), as said lots are shown on a map or plat
entitled ?REPLAT OF PROPERTY OF MARY JEAN HOWELL, Part of Land Lot 56, 9th
District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia,? dated August 31, 2007, prepared
by William A. White, Surveyor, and recorded in Plat Book 160, Page 119, in the
Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, which
reference is made for a more particular location and description of said lots.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
12th day of July, 2011; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the __ day of ___________, 2011 and adopted at said
meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
