O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading ? Property located at 8239, 8243, 8247,8251 and 8231 Cooper
Creek Road is proposed for rezoning from SFR1 (Single-Family Residential 1)
zoning district to GC (General Commercial) zoning district. (42-CA-08-Spence)
(Councilor McDaniel) The proposed use is a pharmacy with retail. The Planning
Advisory Commission recommends approval and the Planning Department recommends
conditional approval. (As amended)
R E S O L U T I O N S:
(2) Expressing appreciation to Mr. Robert J. Register upon his
retirement with the Columbus Water Works after over 23 years of service.

(3) Expressing appreciation to Mrs. Elizabeth L. Hill upon her retirement with
