Meeting called to order at 10:40 am

Open Remarks: Robert Anderson
Welcomed and thanked everyone for coming.
Finance:
Jennifer reviewed building utilization report for January.
Robert-How Does Dale fit into the finance report now that he is retired.
Jennifer- he no longer gets paid from the Civic Center.
Jennifer presented the capitol list.
Marketing: Box Office: Lisa C.
Went over upcoming events sheet.
Robert- How do we get the shows, do you call promoters? Lisa-they call us to
see if a date is available and can work for them.
Everything is going well at the Box Office. We are expecting a big walk up for
SEC.
Operations: Brian
The Ice Rink is coming along. Ninety-eight percent of equipment is in. I invite
you to come for a visit.
We are still maintaining this building. We plan to continue the planters across
the front after the Ice Rink building is complete.
Robin came in ?went over SEC Hockey. Robert-how is your intern doing? Robin- he
is doing great!
Centerplate: Arlo
I presented to Lisa Goodwin a mini proposal to do the stadium and Golden Park.
We are ready for the big weekend.
Closing remarks:
Robert- is there anything we need to discuss? Addie- where do we stand on the
name for the Ice Rink? Robin it is the Columbus Ice Rink.
