An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of

Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 2421 Victory Drive from LMI (Light Manufacturing / Industrial)

District to GC (General Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the Department of

Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby amended by

changing the following described property from LMI (Light Manufacturing /

Industrial) District to GC (General Commercial) District:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of

Georgia, County of Muscogee, and City of Columbus, and being known and

designated as ALL OF LOT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED (200), as shown on that certain

map or plat entitled ?Replat for Royal Crown Bottling Company of Chicago, Part

of Land Lot 67, Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia?, dated

November 7, 2005, prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason, & Vinson, Inc., and filed in

Plat Book 156, Folio 68, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of

Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference is hereby made for a more

particular description of the property.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on

the 19th day of September, 2006; introduced a second time at a regular meeting

of said Council held on the day of , 2006 and adopted at

said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
