AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Columbus Consolidated Government Pay and
Classification Plan by creating a new position Custody Investigator and
Judicial Review Coordinator, Grade 16 in the Juvenile Court and deleting one
Administrative Secretary, Grade 10 and one part-time Support Clerk, Grade 7.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION ONE
That the Human Resources Director is authorized to create the new position
Custody Investigator and Judicial Review Coordinator, Grade 16 in the Juvenile
Court and deleting one Administrative Secretary, Grade 10 and one part-time
Support Clerk, Grade 7.
SECTION TWO
The effective date for changes contained herein is April 1, 2013.
SECTION THREE
All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.

held on the 26th day of February, 2013; introduced a second time at a regular
