O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-07-18-1397: An Ordinance adopting a new Article 9 of
Chapter 4 of the Columbus Unified Development Ordinance pertaining to
Short-Term Rentals; and for other purposes. The Planning Advisory Commission
recommend denial and the Planning Department recommend approval. (As Amended)

(2) 2nd Reading - REZN-07-18-1340: An ordinance rezoning approximately 2.0
acres located at 435 21st Street (parcel #016-013-001). The current zoning is
SFR3 (Single Family Residential 3) zoning district. The proposed zoning is RO
(Residential Office) zoning district. The proposed use is multifamily (85
units). The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend

(3) 2nd Reading - REZN-07-18-1358: An ordinance rezoning .43 acres located at
1504 17th Street (parcel #027-017-036). The current zoning is RMF1
(Residential Multifamily 1) zoning district. The proposed zoning is HIST
(Historic) zoning district. The proposed use is residential/florist. The
Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.

(4) 1st Reading - REZN-07-18-1304: An ordinance rezoning approximately 15.25
acres located at 1600 Blanchard Boulevard (parcel #023-010-002A). The current
zoning is GC (General Commercial) zoning district. The proposed zoning is LMI
(Light Manufacturing/Industrial) zoning district. The proposed use is bulk
storage (nonflammable). The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning

(5) 1st Reading - REZN-08-18-1542: An ordinance rezoning .44 acres located at
7277 Sorrel Court (parcel #101-027-023). The current zoning is RO (Residential
Office) zoning district. The proposed zoning is RFMI (Residential Multifamily
1) zoning district. The proposed use is single family. The Planning Advisory
Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval. Applicant: Chuck

(6) 1st Reading - An Ordinance providing certain additional penalties for
violation of provisions related to removal of unauthorized accumulation of
solid waste, junk, and stockpiled materials; and for other purposes.

R E S O L U T I O N:
(7) A resolution approving an Intergovernmental Contract to provide certified
operational services to Cusseta-Chattahoochee County and authorizing the Board
of Water Commissioners of Columbus, Georgia to enter into said contract.
