I. ROAD IMPROVEMENT, SAFETY AND ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS:



Approval is requested to proceed with executing and funding the

pre-construction requirements for Road Improvement, Safety, and Alternative

Transportation Projects totaling $9,075,596 funded through the Other Local

Option Sales Tax (OLOST), Transportation Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax

(TSPLOST) Discretionary Funds, State of Georgia, Department of Transportation

Z230 funds, and the Paving Fund to include right of way acquisition, permanent

and temporary construction easements, utility relocation, environmental

mitigation and other necessary agreements to prepare projects for construction.





II. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN COLUMBUS POWER PRODUCES, LIMITED

LIABILITY CORPORATION AND COLUMBUS CONSOLIDATED GOVERNMENT:



Approval is requested to enter into an Environmental Services Agreement

with Columbus Power Producers to develop beneficial uses for landfill gas

produced at Pine Grove and Schatulga Road Municipal Solid Waste (MSW)

Landfills.





III. STREET ACCEPTANCE - PORTION OF DREAMBOAT DRIVE AND PORTION OF CONFETTI

BLUSH DRIVE LOCATED IN OLD TOWN RIGHT-OF-WAY:



Approval is requested to accept that portion of Dreamboat Drive and

that portion of Confetti Blush Drive located in Old Town Right-of-way survey

part of Dreamboat Drive and Confetti Blush Drive. The Department of

Engineering has inspected these streets and recommends the acceptance.





IV. STREET ACCEPTANCE - PORTION OF HIGHLANDS DRIVE LOCATED IN HIGHLAND PHASE

NINE GARRETT CREEK SUBDIVISION:



Approval is requested to accept that portion of Highlands Drive located

in Highland Phase Nine Garrett Creek Subdivision. The Department of

Engineering has inspected these streets and recommends the acceptance.

V. STREET ACCEPTANCE - PORTION OF WISTERIA LANE PORTION OF NORTH IVY PARK DRIVE

LOCATED IN SECTION FOUR, PHASE ONE, NORTH IVY PARK:



Approval is requested for the city manager to accept that portion of

Wisteria Lane and that portion of North Ivy Park Drive located in Section Four,

Phase One, North Ivy Park. The Department of Engineering has inspected these

streets and recommends the acceptance.





VI. PETCO GRANT:



Approval is requested to submit and accept an animal welfare grant for

$25,000 from Petco Foundation, with no local match required. This grant will

pay for the spaying and neutering of 500 animals to include rabies shots.





VII. PURCHASES:



Approval is requested of items "A" thru "B":



A. Herbicide Truck with Sprayer - Georgia Statewide Contract

B. Repair of 2009 Peterbilt Grab-All

Scope of RFB

Provide bulk liquid carbon dioxide to the Columbus Consolidated Government

Department of Parks and Recreation on an ?as needed? basis for use at the

Columbus Aquatic Center.



2. Vehicle Wrap Graphics for WIOA Mobile Career Unit

Scope of PQ

Columbus Consolidated Government Job Training Division is seeking proposals

from vendors to provide vehicle wrap graphics for use on the Workforce

Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Mobile Career Unit.
