A meeting of the Land Bank Authority Board was held on July 2, 2014 in the
Board Room at the NeighborWorks Columbus office located at 18 Eleventh Street,
Columbus, Georgia.
Members Present: Justin Krieg, Thomas Gristina
Members Absent: Carson Cummings, Lance Hemmings, Tammy Mayer, Susan Cooper,
Steve Anthony (excused due to illness)
Also Present: Vernona Campbell (City of Columbus),
Cathy Williams & Rhonda Walters (NeighborWorks Columbus)
Call to Order/Establish a Quorum
Board Chair Justin Krieg called the meeting to order. A quorum was not present.
No actions were taken.
Approval of Minutes
No action was taken.
Old/New Business
The next Land Bank Authority Board Meeting will be Wednesday, August 6th, 2014.
Adjourn
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
