A regularly scheduled meeting of the Community Development Advisory Council
(CDAC), was held at the Columbus Consolidated Government, Annex Building, in
the Annex Conference Room, 420 10th Street, on May 17, 2016
Members Present: Joseph E. Baker, Tricia Llewellyn
Members Absent: Joseph Blankenship, Don Cook, Christy Lemieux,
Walter J. Lewis Sr., Teddy Reese, Gregory L. Smith,
Valerie Thompson, Olive Vidal-Kendall
Also Present: Laura Johnson, Deborah Meadows, Denise McWhorter
CALL TO ORDER
A quorum was not present. No official business was conducted.
There was a general discussion between Community Reinvestment Division staff
and the members who were present, concerning the needs of the Community
Development Advisory Council?s reorganization. There was a suggestion to have a
called meeting in June for the purpose of reviewing the By-Laws, electing a new
Chairperson and other officers as may be needed and to conduct business that
was on the Agenda for the May 17, 2016 regular meeting.
A meeting notice will be sent to the membership for a Called Meeting in June.
The next regular Community Development Advisory Council Meeting will be
Tuesday, September 20, 2016.
ADJOURN
The meeting adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
