I. DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION:
Approval is requested for the appointment of Ms. Holli Browder as Director of
Parks and Recreation. A resolution and resume are attached.
II. HEALTH INSURANCE - ACTIVE EMPLOYEES AND PRE-65 RETIRES:
Approval is requested of a resolution confirming rate changes for Health
Insurance for Active employees and Pre-65 Retirees, modifications to the plan
benefits, and approving a Wellness Incentive Option.
III. RESOLUTION REGARDING PAYMENT OF DAMAGES:
Approval is requested to make payment of a total of $240,000 to Paul and
Catrina Zimmerman for damages to their real property, in exchange for a full
release.
IV. ONE TIME FUNDS AUGMENTATION OPPORTUNITY FROM RSVP GRANT:
Approval is requested to apply for and if approved accept funds from The
Corporation for National & Community Service, administers of the RSVP Grant in
the amount of $3,500 to support the capacity of all RSVP grantees to
participate in training and technical assistance opportunities. The city's
match required is 30% which is covered through employee salaries and wages.

1. Fencing Materials ? RFB No. 17-0010 (Annual Contract)
Scope of RFB
Provide chain link fences, barbed wire, corner posts, and other fencing
materials to the Public Works and Parks & Recreation Departments. The items
will be procured on an ?as needed? basis. This contract will be for two (2)
years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional 12-month periods.
