AN ORDINANCE
NO.
An Ordinance amending a condition in Ordinance #05-77 that amended certain
boundaries of a district located at 7176 Village Loop and 7333 and the western
portion of 7301 Whitesville Road. The purpose of this amendment is to amend
condition number 1.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
Ordinance Number 05-77 is hereby amended by deleting Condition number 1 and
replacing it with an amended Condition number1:
1. All lots along the southern border of the proposed development shall
have a minimum lot area of 10,000 square feet.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
16th day of May, 2006; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the day of __________, 2006 and adopted at
said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
