TO THE MAYOR & CITY ATTORNEY:

bring back some information to allow us to evaluate that and take it under

ordinance. (Request of Councilor Henderson)

from Northside High who tied for city medalist. (Request of Councilor

TO THE CITY MANAGER:

DAWN COURT:

Have the staff to go to the property and take a look at it as soon as

possible so that he can see what he is talking about. He said a lot of the

property on Dawn Court has been dug up and it is really hard to travel through

that area; he will be meeting the contractor out on site tomorrow, but he wants

them out of there as quickly as possible so that we can get things back to

normal as soon as possible. (Request of Councilor Hunter)

ENGLEWOOD DRIVE:

Have the staff check on Englewood Drive; he explained that there is still

water accumulation in that area. He would like a reply as to what is going on

in that area. He pointed out that there was not a problem of water accumulation

before the Columbus Water Works came out and began working in that area. He

said he would like to identify exactly what the problem is and find out when

will there be a resolution of it.

(Request of Councilor Barnes)

STREET SWEEPER:

Have the staff check into when the street sweepers go into the

neighborhood on Avondale Drive, because towards the end of the street, which is

a dead-end, the residents are telling her that they are turning there are the

corner and are not getting the entire length of the street because they are not

able to turn around. She suggested that notification be given to the residents

when they are gong to come and sweep the streets, so they could move their cars

from off the street in order to allow them to get the entire length of the

street. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
