A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ALLOW OPERATION OF A PERSONAL
CARE HOME TYPE III ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10107 VETERANS PARKWAY
WHEREAS, David Britt on behalf of new Birth Church has appropriately applied
for a Special Exception Use, to allow operation of a personal care home type
III on the property described above;
WHEREAS, Personal Care Home Type III are solely as a Special Exception Use
under the current RE1 (Residential Estate 1) zoning district;
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has reviewed the request and recommends
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That all the criteria of Section 3.2.52 of the Unified Development Ordinance
has been properly met and a Special Exception Use to allow operation of a
personal care home type III, is granted for the property located at 10107
Veterans Parkway.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the
9th day of February, 2010, and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote
