Additional Information: The applicant is seeking rezoning in an effort to construct an
8,300+ retail store. Per Section 2.3.4. of the UDO, the maximum size for
commercial, retail and office uses in an NC zoning district is 5,000 square
feet. Therefore, the rezoning is necessary to construct a single-user building
of that size.
