AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 4803 and 4811 13th Avenue from SFR4 (Single Family Residential 4)
Zoning District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby
amended by changing the aforementioned property from SFR4 (Single Family
Residential 4) Zoning District to RMF1 (Residential Multi-Family 1) Zoning
District:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus,
Muscogee County, Georgia, and being in Land Lot 67 of the 8th District of
Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, and being described as ?Lot 110, 0.4821
Ac,? on that certain map or plat entitled ?REPLAT OF LOTS 9, 10, & 11, BLOCK
?P?, BEALLWOOD HEIGHTS,? which map or plat is dated September 13, 1994; was
prepared by Hobbs Smith & Assoc., Inc., and duly recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, in Plat Book 127, Page
18, to which reference is conveyed.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia
held on the 25th day of August, 2015; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of , 2015 and adopted
at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
