Subject: Information for Lindsey regarding board appointment
Good afternoon Lindsey,
I emailed and called Dale Williams yesterday to confirm his position on the
KCBC Board. He has not responded to my email or phone message. Please know
that Dale have not attended a meeting since December 9, 2014. Currently we
have only six meeting a year, Dale have not responded to emails or phone calls
regarding meeting attendance. Therefore, we're respectfully asking Council to
declare his seat vacant and replace him with Henry Dixon.
