AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 304 and 3701 South Lumpkin Road and two other unknown addresses from
LMI (Light Manufacturing Industrial)/HMI (Heavy Manufacturing Industrial)/GC
(General Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning
District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the
same is hereby amended by changing the aforementioned properties from LMI
(Light Manufacturing Industrial)/HMI (Heavy Manufacturing Industrial)/GC
(General Commercial) Zoning Districts to GC (General Commercial) Zoning
District:
The following properties shall be rezoned to GC:
Tax Map 061 Block 001 Parcels 003, 004, 010 and 011
The above-described property is being rezoned subject to the following
condition:
1. Billboards shall not be allowed on these properties.
SECTION 2.
All Ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.

held on the 13th day of May, 2014 introduced a second time at a regular meeting
of said Council held on the ______ day of ________, 2014, and adopted at said
