(1) 2nd Reading ? Property located at 2866 South Lumpkin Road is proposed for
rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district to PMUD
(Planned Mixed Unit Development) zoning district. (25-CA-10-Woodruff Co.)
(Councilor Allen) The proposed use is for retail, office, hotel, live,
work & multi-family residential. The Planning Advisory Commission recommend
approval and the Planning Department recommend conditional approval.

(2) 1st Reading ? Property located at 3824 Steam Mill Road is proposed for
rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district to RO
(Residential Office) zoning district. (26-CA-10-Broadwater) (Councilor
McDaniel) The proposed use is for Club/Lodge Membership Facility and Non-Profit
Scholarship Office. The Planning Advisory Commission recommends conditional
approval and the Planning Department recommends conditional approval.
