Regarding the expired terms of those members of the Land Bank Authority,
we have made contact with Mr. Terry Hattaway and Mr. Joseph Powell, who have
indicated that they do not desire reappointment to this board. We have not been
successful in contacting Mr. William Baird.
As you may recall there have been several bio sketches submitted by
interested who have expressed an interest in serving on this board, which are
hereby attached to this memorandum.
The position of Mr. Doll and Mr. Powell are the Mayor?s appointments. The
Council appoints Mr. Baird and Mr. Hattaway?s successors.
Mr. Hattaway is the only board member who resides in Senatorial District 15.
There are no women serving on this board.
I have enclosed a copy of the current members serving on this board.
