An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 4423 Cusseta Road from RMF2 (Residential Multi Family 2) zoning
district to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department be, and the
same is hereby amended by changing the following described property from RMF2
(Residential Multi Family 2) zoning district to NC (Neighborhood Commercial)
zoning district:
All that tract, parcel, lo of land lying and being in Muscogee county, Georgia,
lying in land lot 6 of the 7th District, being more described as: Beginning at
a concrete monument on the southwest side of Cusseta Road where the southeast
side of Interstate-185 crosses said road, running east 207.03 feet to a point,
thence running west 142.60 feet to a point, thence running east 251.42 feet to
the starting point.
The above-described properties are being rezoned with the following conditions:
1. Future construction on the subject property shall be
National Pollutant Discharge and
Elimination System compliant.
2. Noise and Smoke disclosure statements shall be included in real
estate documents pertaining to the property.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia
held on the 24th day of August, 2010; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of ____________, 2010 and
adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said
Council.
