I. LEASE AGREEMENT - WARREN AVENUE:



Authorization is requested to enter into a lease agreement with the YMCA Board

of Directors for a 20-year lease of certain city right-of-way and other City

property at the intersections of former Warren Avenue and 14th Street and

Broadway with three 20-year renewal terms. An agenda report and resolution are

II. FY08 INMATE CAPACITY AGREEMENT:



Authorization is requested to enter into an Inmate Capacity Agreement with the

Georgia Department of Corrections for a minimum of 528 State inmates to be

housed at the Muscogee County Prison. An agenda report and resolution are

III. REDEVELOPMENT PLAN - COLUMBUS ARMY RESERVE #1:



Authorization is requested to file the Redevelopment Plan for the Columbus

Army Reserve Center #1 to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

(HUD) and the U.S. Department of Army. An agenda report and resolution are

IV. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR MUTEC DRIVE:



Authorization is requested to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding

(MOU) with the Development Authority of Columbus for the construction of road

improvements to Mutec Drive. An agenda and resolution are attached. click tab

V. LANDFILL WRITE-OFFS AND ADJUSTMENTS:



Authorization is requested to make adjustments to landfill accounts for

amounts to be considered bad debt due to statute of limitations, disputed

tickets, tickets not located and valid adjustments. An agenda report and

Scope of Bid

Provide erosion control at various watershed lakes. The contract term will be

for three (3) years, with the option to renew for two (2) additional

twelve-month periods.

Scope of Bid

The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking vendors to provide

approximately twelve (12) 35? Low Floor Buses to METRA on an ?as needed

basis?. The contract term shall be for one year, with the option to renew for

four (4) additional twelve-month periods. The renewal will be based solely

upon the mutual agreement of both parties, the Columbus Consolidated Government

and the Contractor.



2. Tarp with Motorized Deployment System ? RFB No. 07-0074

Scope of Bid

Provide one (1) tarp deployment system to be used by the Pine Grove Landfill

Division of the Public Services Department for daily covering of Landfill.



3. Ball Field Soil Conditioner (Annual Contract) ? RFB No. 07-0076

Scope of Bid

The Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia (the City) Parks and

Recreation Division is seeking vendors to provide ball field soil conditioner.

This product is used to get the ball field ready for play after it has rained.

The contract period shall be for two (2) years, with the option to renew for

three (3) additional twelve-month periods.
