AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY ESTABLISHING
A LIST OF ROADWAYS APPROVED FOR THE USE OF SPEED DETECTION DEVICES ON BEHALF OF
THE COLUMBUS CONSOLIDATED GOVERNMENT; REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
The attached list of public street segments and their corresponding speed
limits is approved for the use of speed detection devices by law enforcement
officers.
SECTION II.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are
hereby repealed.
