AN ORDINANCE REGULATING VEHICULAR TRAFFIC IN COLUMBUS, GEORGIA BY ESTABLISHING
A NO PARKING ZONE FROM 8 AM TO 5 PM ON SCHOOL DAYS ALONG THE WEST CURB OF
WILDWOOD AVENUE, BEGINNING AT A POINT FORTY-SIX (46) FEET NORTH OF THE NORTH
CURB OF YOUNG STREET AND RUNNING SOUTH A DISTANCE OF TWO HUNDRED SIX (206) FEET
TO THE NORTH CURB OF SONORA STREET; AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF OFFICIAL
TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS INDICATING A NO PARKING ZONE; REPEALING CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION I.
That is shall be unlawful to park or rank any vehicle from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
on School days along the following street segment:
Along the west curb of Wildwood Avenue beginning at a point forty-six (46) feet
north of the north curb of Young Street and running south a distance of two
hundred six (206) feet to the north curb of Sonora Street.
SECTION II.
That official traffic control signs shall be installed indicating the No
Parking Zone described here within Section I.
SECTION III.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances that are in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held on
the 8th day of January, 2013; introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
said Council held on the day of , 2013 and
adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of
Council.
