METRA TRANSPORTATION:

To assist us in addressing the concerns of Ms. Medlin, let?s have the

staff to bring an overlay of the map of the Dial-A-Ride program back to the

Council during the January Work Session so that we can understand who

qualifies, who doesn?t qualify and where the boundaries are. (Request of

Councilor Henderson)

Also, have the staff to do a complete look at the Dial-A-Ride program and

let?s do a survey to determine what kind of usage we would have from

individuals that need to go to specific places; especially the disabled

individuals. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

Have the staff to also discuss this issue with the Garrison Commander to

determine what assets Fort Benning has to pickup people from the main bus

station to the PX, Commissary and Martin Army Hospital. (Request of Mayor

Poydasheff)

LIBRARY PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

When the issue of the request for additional services for the Library

Project Management comes back before this Council, we need to make sure that

everything that they are asking for falls under Question 2, what the voters

approved. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

ABANDONED SIGNS:

Have the staff to bring back information as to what is the penalty for

those persons who fails to come into compliance with regards to abandoned

signs. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

CLEANING OF CREEKS:

If there is a cost associated with the cleaning of creeks, and cutting down

weeds, instead of continuing to tell people that we can?t do something, let?s

look at bringing these issues before the Council and allow them to make a

decision as to whether or not they want these things taken care of or not. When
