SIGN ORDINANCE:
Have the staff to provide the information she requested regarding an
amendment to the Sign Ordinance; as it relates to those businesses that leaves
their location and their signs are left up in the area. (Request of Councilor

RESOLUTION FOR MR. JIM COPLIER:
Have the staff to prepare a resolution for Mr. Jim Coplier, who has given
some outstanding service to the Chattahoochee Veterans Council. (Request of
Councilor Davis)

GOD BLESS FORT BENNING VIDEO:
Due to the technical difficulty during the December 19, 2006 Council
meeting
and not being able to show the God Bless Fort Benning video, let?s air it on
CCG-
TV to allow the citizens to view this event. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

CONCERNS OF ROSA MEDLIN:
Have one of the Deputy City Managers to sit down and meet with Ms. Rosa
Medlin to listen to her concerns and determine what can be done to assist her
with
her transportation needs of the Dial-A-Road program. (Request of Mayor
Poydasheff)

METRA TRANSPORTATION:
To assist us in addressing the concerns of Ms. Medlin, let?s have the
staff to bring an overlay of the map of the Dial-A-Ride program back to the
Council during the January Work Session so that we can understand who
qualifies, who doesn?t qualify and where the boundaries are. (Request of
Councilor Henderson)
Also, have the staff to do a complete look at the Dial-A-Ride program and
let?s do a survey to determine what kind of usage we would have from
individuals that need to go to specific places; especially the disabled
individuals. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)
Have the staff to also discuss this issue with the Garrison Commander to
determine what assets Fort Benning has to pickup people from the main bus
station to the PX, Commissary and Martin Army Hospital. (Request of Mayor
Poydasheff)

LIBRARY PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
When the issue of the request for additional services for the Library
Project Management comes back before this Council, we need to make sure that
everything that they are asking for falls under Question 2, what the voters
approved. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

ABANDONED SIGNS:
Have the staff to bring back information as to what is the penalty for
those persons who fails to come into compliance with regards to abandoned
signs. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

CLEANING OF CREEKS:
If there is a cost associated with the cleaning of creeks, and cutting down
weeds, instead of continuing to tell people that we can?t do something, let?s
look at bringing these issues before the Council and allow them to make a
decision as to whether or not they want these things taken care of or not. When
the staff brings back the assessment of all the different creeks and what
resources will be required to maintain them, let?s make sure we bring back
something that is doable. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

ACTUARIAL REPORT:
Have the staff to provide a status report on where we are with the
actuarial report, with respect to moving the retirement from 45% back up to
60%. (Request of Councilor Allen)

RETIREMENT PLANS:
Have the staff to bring a presentation to a Council Work Session on the
retirement plans in order that we can know what is included in each of the
retirement plans. (Request of Councilor Turner Pugh)

INTERNAL AUDITOR:
Have the staff to provide a copy of the job description for the Internal
Auditor/Compliance Officer to the members of Council. (Request of Councilor
Henderson)
