AN ORDINANCE

An ordinance amending Chapter 2 of the Columbus Code so as to provide that
three members of the Board of Honor shall constitute a quorum and that an
affirmative vote of three members shall be necessary for any official action;
and for other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Chapter 2 of the Columbus Code is hereby amended by adding a new
Section 2-82.1 to read as follows:
?A meeting of three members of the Board shall constitute a quorum and
an affirmative vote of three members shall be necessary for any official
action.?
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance
are hereby repealed.
