O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - An Ordinance providing a moratorium not to exceed 120 days on
the consideration or approval of special exception uses for any Type II and
Type III personal care homes as required by Section 3.1.1. of the Unified
Development Ordinance; and providing that said moratorium shall expire no later
than midnight on, December 26, 2018; and for other purposes. (Councilor Davis)
(2) 1st Reading - REZN-06-18-1137: An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of
the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes
certain boundaries of a district located at Old Guard Road (parcel #
074-001-004) from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) Zoning District to RO (Residential
Office) Zoning District. The proposed use is multi-family (256 units). The
Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.

(3) 1st Reading - REZN-06-18-1169: An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of
the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes
certain boundaries of a district located at 9056 Veterans Parkway (parcel #
079-002-001) from RE1 (Residential Estate 1) Zoning District to RO (Residential
Office) Zoning District. The proposed use is Life Plan Community. The
Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval.

R E S O L U T I O N S:
(4) A resolution modifying and rescinding portions of Resolution No. 211-95
