An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 1908, 1912 & 1916 Manchester Expressway from NC (Neighborhood
Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby
amended by changing the aforementioned property from NC (Neighborhood
Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:
Parcel One:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of
Georgia, County of Muscogee and City of Columbus, and being that property shown
upon a map or plat entitled, PART OF LAND LOT 53, 8TH DISTRICT, COLUMBUS,
MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA as prepared by Hobbs, Smith & Associates, Inc. which
is dated April 3, 1998, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Muscogee County, Georgia on Plat Book 135, Folio 80 to which reference
is made for the specific dimensions and location of said lot. This property
has a street or mailing address currently assigned by governmental authority of
1909 Manchester Expressway, Columbus, Georgia 31904.
Parcel Two:
All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Columbus, Muscogee
County, Georgia, and being known and designated as PART OF LAND LOT 53 OF THE
8TH DISTRICT of said County, as said tract or parcel of land is shown on a map
or plat entitled ?Part of Land Lot 53, 8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County,
Georgia? dated July 18, 2000, prepared by Moon, Meeks, Mason & Vinson, Inc. and
recorded in Plat Book 141, page 88, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Muscogee county, Georgia, to which map or plat reference is hereby
made for a more particular description of the property hereby conveyed.
