(1) RESOLUTION:
Commending and congratulating Mack Strong and the Seattle Seahawks.
(2) STREET ACCEPTANCE - RIVER CREST DRIVE:
Authorization is requested to accept a deed to River Crest Drive located in
Phase VII, River Crest. The Department of Engineering has inspected this street
and recommends the acceptance. An agenda report, map and resolution are
attached.
(3) RESOLUTION:
Excusing Councilor Evelyn Turner Pugh from the January 24, 2006 Council Meeting.

Scope of RFB
This specification covers eighteen (18) Police Pursuit, Ford Crown Victorias to
be used by the Police and Sheriff Departments. Due to interior and storage
space needs, the City has decided that the Ford Crown Victoria is the only
pursuit car that meets their needs in those areas.

Contract) ? RFB No. 06-0008
Scope of RFP
Provide Actuarial Services for ?Other Post Employment Benefits? (OPEB) plans.
OPEB refers to medical, dental, vision and other healthcare-related benefits
provided to terminated or retired employees and their dependents and
beneficiaries. The initial term of the contract will be for one year with the
option to renew for five additional twelve-month periods. The renewal will be
contingent upon the mutual agreement of the City and the contractor.
