O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading - REZN-07-17-1352: An ordinance rezoning approximately 0.99
acres located at 5030, 5036 Farley Drive and 205 Northstar Drive. The current
zoning is NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district. The proposed zoning is
SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district. The proposed use is
residential. The Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Department
recommend approval. (Mayor Pro-Tem)
(2) 2nd Reading ? An Ordinance amending Chapter 13 of the Columbus Code to
revise enforcement mechanisms to abate various nuisances; and for other
purposes. (As Amended) (Councilor Garrett)
(3) 1st Reading ? An ordinance amending Ordinance Number 17-38 providing for
the levy, assessment and collection of taxes for the public school system of
Columbus, Georgia; and for other purposes. (Request of Muscogee County School
Board)
