AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 1710 Buena Vista Road from RO (Residential-Office) zoning district

to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department, and the

same is hereby amended by changing the following described property from RO

(Residential-Office) zoning district to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning

district:



All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in, Muscogee

County, Georgia, being known and designated as Building 1710, William D. Swift,

as said lot is shown on a map or plat entitled "Survey for E. W. Swift and W.

D. Swift, Part of Land Lot 60, Coweta Reserve, Columbus, Muscogee County,

Georgia", dated May 1982, by G. V. Carr & Co., and recorded in Plat Book 81,

Page 36, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia, to which reference is hereby made for a more particular description

and location of said lot.





The above-described property is being rezoned with the following conditions:



The following uses shall be prohibited: Amusement, Indoor; Ambulance Service;

Auto/Truck Service Station; Auto/Truck Tire Sales and Installation; Auto/Truck

Wash and Detail Facility; Bars and Lounges; Check Cashing Office; Clinic and

Hospital, Veterinary; Convenience Store, No Gas Sales; Dry Cleaning and Laundry

Station; Grocery or Food Store; Laundry, Coin Operated; Office, Veterinary;

Package and Liquor Store; Repair Services, Limited; Video Game and Amusement

Parlor; and Video Sales and Rental.

held on the 28th day of October, 2014; introduced a second time at a regular

meeting of said Council held on the ____ day of ______________, 2014 and

adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of ______ members of said
